The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce a first interim single-tier dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share on 1,209,488,950 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2016, to be paid on 15 July 2016 to the shareholders of TCB whose names appear in the register of depositors of TCB on 15 June 2016.
