BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 30 December 2014, the Board of Directors of TCB wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company have been struck off from the register and dissolved following the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 in the Gazette:

1. Jemari Infiniti Sdn Bhd (“JISB”);
2. Destinasi Teguh Sdn Bhd (“DTSB”); and
3. Prolific Equity Sdn Bhd (“PESB”).

The notice of striking off pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia notifying on the aforesaid strike off and dissolution dated 10 June 2016.
