The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce a fourth interim single-tier dividend of 1.65 sen per ordinary share on 2,015,817,574 ordinary shares in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020, to be paid on 31 March 2021 to the shareholders of TCB whose names appear in the Register of Depositors of TCB on 15 March 2021.
