Reference is made to the Circular to Shareholders of THP in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Existing RRPTs and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Additional RRPTs (“the Proposed Mandates”) dated 25 April 2016 (“the Circular”). The Proposed Mandates had been approved by the shareholders of THP at its Annual General Meeting held on 18 May 2016. The Company wishes to announce that the Actual Value of RRPTs entered into by its subsidiary, THP Agro Management Sdn. Bhd. (“THPAM”) with its related party, TH Estates (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. (“THEH”) has exceeded 10% of the Estimated Value as disclosed in the Circular. The details of the RRPTs are as follows:
