| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of TH Plantations Berhad ("THP" or "the Company") wishes to announce that at the Company's 43rd Annual General Meeting ("43rd AGM") held today, 8 May 2017, the shareholders of THP had approved all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 43rd AGM dated 14 April 2017. All resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
