| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of TH Plantations Berhad ("THP" or "the Company") wishes to announce that at the Company's 44th Annual General Meeting ("44th AGM") held today, 14 May 2018, the shareholders of THP had approved all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 44th AGM dated 20 April 2018 except for Resolution No. 7 and Resolution No. 8 which have been withdrawn. All resolutions No. 1, 2, 3, 4 5, 6, 9 and 10 were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
