In 2009, he was seconded from MAF to the Prime Minister's Department as the Senior Private Secretary to the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, a position he still holds presently. For his excellent service in MAF he has been conferred with Darjah Kesatria Angkatan Tentera (KAT) in 2009. He in now ranked as Kolonel. |

Prior to the commencement of the 44th Annual General Meeting ("44th AGM") of TH Plantations Berhad ("Company") held today, 14 May 2018, Kolonel Dato' Ab Jabar bin Mohamad Aris had expressed his intention not to seek for re-election as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company pursuant to Article 89 of the Company's Constitution. He will retire as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the 44th AGM.
Accordingly, Resolution No. 8, as set out in the Notice of 44th AGM of the Company dated 20 April 2018 in respect of his re-election as a Director of the Company has been withdrawn. |
