The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Tan Sri Dato' Sri Ismee bin Haji Ismail has resigned as a Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 30 May 2018. Concurrently, the Board of Directors of the Company have agreed to merge the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company into one (1) committee to be known as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of THP with effect from 30 May 2018. The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company are as follows: 1. Chairman - Datuk Seri Nurmala binti Abd Rahim, Independent Non-Executive Director; 2. Member - Datuk Seri Johan bin Abdullah, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director; 3. Member - Mohd Adzahar bin Abdul Wahid, Independent Non-Executive Director; and 4. Member - Dato' Shari bin Haji Osman, Independent Non-Executive Director.
