The Company wishes to inform that Mohamed Azman Shah bin Ishak, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company has submitted his reply to the show-cause letter today which was issued to him on 9 August 2019. The Company shall evaluate the contents therein and take the necessary action to conclude this matter.
A further announcement shall be made in the event of any material development on this matter.
