We refer to our announcements dated 9 August 2019 and 22 August 2019.
The Company wish to inform that the suspension period for Encik Mohamed Azman Shah bin Ishak, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company ("the CFO") which ended on 20 September 2019 has been extended to 30 September 2019 for the Company to further evaluate his reply to the show-cause letter and to facilitate the necessary action to conclude this matter.
We shall make the necessary announcement from time to time.
