We refer to our announcement made on 31 December 2019 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
The Company wishes to announce that both THP and TDM Berhad have agreed to extend the Term of the HOA i.e. the targetted date of signing of the Share Purchase Agreement and the Settlement Agreement for another 14 days from 26 February 2020 to 10 March 2020.
