The Company wishes to announce that due to the enforcement of the Movement Control Order by the Government of Malaysia commencing 18 March 2020 (“MCO”), to curb the spread of COVID-19, both THP and TDM have mutually agreed to an extension of the term to fulfill the conditions precedent in the SPA and the deferment of the filing of the prescribed forms and payment of the Retention Sum to the Inland Revenue Board as required under the Real Property Gains Tax Act 1976.
