We refer to the announcements dated 3 March 2020, 13 March 2020, 18 May 2020 and 1 July 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
We wish to announce that the SPA in relation to the Proposed Sale Shares has completed on 31 July 2020 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
Following the completion of the Proposed Sale Shares, THP-YT has ceased to be a subsidiary of THP.
The Proposed Settlement will be completed at a later date in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.
