Unless otherwise stated, the definition used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 5 December 2019, 6 December 2019 and 10 December 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposals.
The Company wishes to announce that both THP and Tamaco have agreed to extend the Long Stop Date for a further period of three (3) months i.e. from 31 December 2020 until 31 March 2021 to fulfill the conditions precedent in the SPA.
Any further development of the Proposed Disposals will be announced to Bursa Malaysia in due course.
