We refer to our announcements dated 30 March 2021, 31 March 2021, 14 April 2021, 20 May 2021, 8 June 2021, 25 June 2021, 26 July 2021 and 27 August 2021 in relation to the Civil Suit.
In light of the current settlement discussions between THP and Tamaco, Tamaco has requested for an adjournment of the hearing of THP's application under Order 14A of the Rules of Court which was originally scheduled on 11 November 2021.
In view of the above, the Court has now rescheduled the hearing date to 25 January 2022.
Further, a case management has been fixed on 10 December 2021 for parties to update the Court on the progress of the settlement discussions.
