He began his career with Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad from a Cadet Planter in 1990 until he became a Manager in 1999 with an experience in managing Cocoa, Rubber & Oil Palm. 

On 1 March 2009, he joined TH Plantations Berhad ("THP") as a Manager at Ladang Sungai Tenegang. He has served THP for almost 11 years at various estates in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Riau, Indonesia.
