He began his career with Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad as a Cadet Planter in 1990 until he became a Manager in 1999 having experience in managing Cocoa, Rubber & Oil Palm. 

On 1 March 2009, he joined TH Plantations Berhad ("THP") as a Manager in Ladang Sungai Tenegang, Sabah. He has served THP for almost 11 years at various estates in the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Riau, Indonesia.
