Working experience and occupation

Datuk Ts. Borhan brings over 35 years of experience in the palm oil industry, having held key positions in mill operations, logistics, and corporate services within the Plantation Division of FGV Holdings Berhad ("FGV") Group. He has led strategic initiatives supporting sustainable and profitable growth across 214 estates and 66 mills with a total milling capacity of 18 million MT per year.

In FGV, he has been instrumental in championing transformation programs aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and fostering innovation. He also oversees the Research & Development (R&D), Rubber, and Renewable Energy (RE) segments, ensuring alignment with green initiatives and regulatory compliance. He is also recognized for fostering strong stakeholder relationships advancing FGV's sustainability and profitability objectives.

Prior to his position as Group Director of Plantation Division of FGV, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of PUP Berhad Group of Companies, where he oversaw 26 estates and 2 mills.
