Further to our announcement dated 15th January 2010 in respect of the above matter, UMW wishes to announce that we have today received confirmation from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia, on the registration of transfer of shares in PT Cladtek International and PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing from PFP Holdings Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the UMW Group, to PFP Tech Holdings Pty Ltd.

Following the above, the transfer of interests in PT Cladtek International and PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing is now completed and the companies are no longer in the UMW Group.
