UMW Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that it will be seeking shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for existing recurrent related party transactions and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for additional recurrent related party transaction of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company. A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the abovementioned proposal will be despatched to shareholders in due course. This announcement is dated 8th April 2016.
