On behalf of the Board of Directors of UMWH, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the request for suspension in the trading of UMWH’s securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 19 January 2017 pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(a) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities.
