Further to our announcement made on 19th December 2012 in relation to the above matter, we wish to announce that all the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement have been fulfilled and the disposal of UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd’s entire shareholding in U-Insurance Sdn Bhd to Kudrat Maritime (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is now completed.
