The Board of UMW Holdings Berhad (“UMW”) is pleased to announce that a final single-tier dividend of 2.5 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 has been declared.

The payment date and entitlement date for the final single-tier dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
