Further to our announcement dated 31st January 2013 in relation to the above matters, we wish to announce that all the terms and conditions of the Share Transfer Contract in respect of Transaction 1 and the terms and conditions of the Share Sale Agreement in respect of Transaction 2 have been fulfilled and completed. With the completion of Transaction 1, UMW Linepipe’s shareholding in BSW is now 32.3988% and with the completion of Transaction 2, UMW Linepipe is now a wholly-owned subsidiary within the UMW Group. This announcement is dated 2nd May 2013.
