(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this Announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s announcements dated 30 November 2018 and 14 August 2019 in relation to the Disposal and Tenancy (collectively to be referred to as “Corporate Exercises”)) We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 30 November 2018, 3 June 2019, 20 June 2019, 3 July 2019, 14 August 2019, 26 August 2019, 27 August 2019, 27 September 2019 and 15 October 2019 in relation to the Corporate Exercises. On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the SPAs (as amended and varied by the First Supplemental SPAs and Second Supplemental SPAs) have been completed today following the settlement of the Disposal Consideration by SSSB in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPAs (as amended and varied by the First Supplemental SPAs and Second Supplemental SPAs). Following the above, the Tenants and SSSB have entered into the respective tenancy agreements in relation to the Tenancy today. This Announcement is dated 13 November 2019. |
