UMW Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, UMW Oil & Gas Corporation Berhad, had on 12th June 2013, established two (2) wholly-owned subsidiaries in the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia, as follows - 1. UMW Drilling 5 (L) Ltd; and The initial paid-up capital of each company is USD1.00 divided into 1 ordinary share. The principal activities of the newly-incorporated subsidiaries are that of investment holding and provision of management services. The companies have yet to commence operations.
