UMW Holdings Berhad (“UMW”) wishes to announce that UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UMW, had today entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) to collaborate on the promotion of investment and development opportunities in the areas of mobility, equipment, aerospace, manufacturing and engineering as well as training, research & development. The MoU will also facilitate the promotion and marketing of UMW High Value Manufacturing Park in Serendah.
