Noor Azwah has over 25 years of corporate secretarial and legal experience in several public listed companies from various industries such as the insurance, automotive, pharmaceutical and chemicals industry. Prior to her appointment, she was the Head of Legal & Secretarial/Group Company Secretary of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad.
 
Noor Azwah is a licensed company secretary by the Companies Commission of Malaysia and an affiliate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
