Further to our announcement dated 5 December 2019 on the above matter, we wish to inform that UMW SG Power Systems Sdn Bhd (“USPS”), a dormant subsidiary of UMW Group has convened its Final Meeting on 4 December 2021 and pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, USPS will be duly dissolved on the expiration of the three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver. Accordingly, USPS will be duly dissolved on 4 March 2022.
