Further to our announcement dated 18 December 2018 on the above matter, we wish to inform that UMW Autocorp Sdn Bhd (“UMW Autocorp”), a dormant subsidiary in the UMW Group has convened its Final Meeting on 14 June 2022 and pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, UMW Autocorp will be duly dissolved on the expiration of the three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver. Accordingly, UMW Autocorp will be duly dissolved on 14 September 2022.
