Further to our announcement dated 2 January 2019 on the above matter, we wish to inform that UMW Oil & Gas Berhad ("UOG"), a dormant subsidiary in the UMW Group had convened its Final Meeting on 14 October 2022. The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting had been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 19 October 2022 ("Lodgement Date"). Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, UOG will be duly dissolved on the expiration of three months after the Lodgement Date.
