Further to our announcement dated 27 December 2021 on the above matter, we wish to inform that UMW Technology Sdn Bhd ("UTech"), a dormant subsidiary in the UMW Group had convened its Final Meeting on 26 December 2023. The Return by Liquidator Relating to the Final Meeting had been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 27 December 2023 ("Lodgement Date"). Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, UTech will be duly dissolved on the expiration of three months after the Lodgement Date.
