DISCLOSURE OF DEALINGS IN THE SHARES OF UMW HOLDINGS BERHAD ("UMW SHARES") BY SIME DARBY GROUP UNDER PARAGRAPH 19.05 OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITIONS ("RULES")
