In this respect, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that UMW has on 31 January 2024 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the withdrawal of UMW’s listing status from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
