| The bonus issue entails the issuance of 25,081,600 new YLC Shares on the basis of two (2) new YLC Shares for every five (5) existing YLC Shares held at the time and date stated above ("Bonus Issue"). As the Bonus Issue will be undertaken concurrently with a share split involving the subdivision of every one (1) YLC Share (after the Bonus Issue), the new YLC Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and to be listed on 7 September 2010 will be in the form of the subdivided shares. The Registrar of YLC will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to all the entitled shareholders of YLC by 14 September 2010. This announcement is dated 17 August 2010. |
