| The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares shall be on 22 September 2010, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue. As the Bonus Issue will be carried out after the completion of the share split involving the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each in two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in B-Land, the Bonus Shares to be issued and listed on 22 September 2010 will be in the form of ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in B-Land. The Share Registrar of B-Land will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all the entitled shareholders of B-Land by 28 September 2010. This announcement is dated 2 September 2010. |
