| PLUS Expressways Berhad wishes to announce that, on 29 June 2011, the Board of Directors has approved the declaration of an interim single tier dividend of 15.0 sen per share of RM0.25 each amounting to RM750.0 million for the financial year ending 31 December 2011. The entitlement date for the interim dividend shall be 14 July 2011 and the payment date shall be 29 July 2011. Pursuant to the Offer Letter dated 15 October 2010 (as revised on 9 November 2010) from UEM Group Berhad and the Employees Provident Fund (being the Joint Offerors), in the event of any dividend payment from the date of Offer up to the completion of disposal exercise, the offer price of RM4.60 per share shall be reduced accordingly. |
