| The bonus issue entails the issuance of up to 21,728,250 new Subdivided Shares on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every four (4) Subdivided Shares held as at the time and date stated above. The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall take place on 6 September 2010, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date. The Registrar of Tomypak will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to all the entitled shareholders of Tomypak by 10 September 2010. This announcement is dated 20 August 2010. |
