| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of 41,789,066 Bonus Shares to be issued and credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every three (3) CHRB Shares held by the entitled shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 23 November 2010 ("Entitlement Date") The date of issuance, listing and quotation of 41,789,066 Bonus Shares shall be 24 November 2010, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be despatched to the entitled shareholders within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares. |
