| On the even date, IPB has also announced the book closure date for the renounceable rights issue of up to 168,750,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in IPB (“Rights Shares(s)”) on the basis of three (3) Rights Shares for every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each in IPB held after the Capital Reconstruction at an issue price of RM1.00 per Rights Share ("Rights Issue"). The book closure date for the Rights Issue will be at 5.00 p.m. on 14 April 2010. This announcement is dated 31 March 2010. |
