| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 71.4 million new Supermax Shares on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 4 existing Supermax Shares held by Supermax’s entitled shareholders as at 5:00 p.m. on 18 June 2010 ("Entitlement Date"). In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall take place on 21 June 2010, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Tenaga Koperat Sdn Bhd), the registrar of Supermax, will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 24 June 2010. This announcement is dated 3 June 2010. |
