| On the even date, ARK has also announced the book closure date for the renounceable rights issue of 15,475,725 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in ARK ("Rights Shares") at an issue price of RM1.00 per Rights Share on the basis of three (3) Rights Shares for every four (4) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in ARK after the Capital Reduction together with 15,475,725 free detachable warrants on the basis of one (1)detachable warrant for every one (1) Rights Share subscribed ("Rights Issue"). The book closure date for the Rights Issue will be at 5.00 p.m. on 1 June 2011. This announcement is dated 18 May 2011. |
