| The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively the “Documents”) will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at their Malaysian address as stated in Mah Sing’s Record of Depositors. The Documents have not been (and will not be) made to comply with the laws of any foreign jurisdiction and have not been (and will not be) lodged, registered or approved pursuant to or under any legislation (or with or by any regulatory authorities or other relevant bodies) of any jurisdiction other than Malaysia. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants complies with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia. The Rights Issue with Warrants to which the Documents relate to is only available to the Entitled Shareholders receiving the Documents electronically or otherwise within Malaysia. The Documents will not be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders who have not provided an address in Malaysia. Any shareholder who wishes to change/provide a Malaysian address, should inform his/her stockbroker or Mah Sing’s Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 25 February 2013.
