The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form (collectively, the “Documents”), are only to be despatched to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of PEB as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 March 2013 (“Entitled Shareholders”) at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the share registrar, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 13 March 2013.
