| The Share Split will be implemented concurrently with the bonus issue of 23,534,794 new Subdivided Shares (“Bonus Share(s)”) after the Share Split on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every ten (10) Subdivided Shares held (“Bonus Issue”). The date of quotation of and listing for the Subdivided Shares shall be on 5 June 2013, being 1 market day after the entitlement date for the Share Split. On 15 May 2013, Pharmaniaga declared a first (1st) interim single tier dividend of 7.5 sen per Pharmaniaga Share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2013 (“Declared Dividend”). The Declared Dividend will be paid on 28 June 2013 to shareholders whose names appear in the record of securities holders established and maintained by Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd of Pharmaniaga at the close of business on 3 June 2013. As the entitlment date of the Declared Dividend will be prior to the date of allotment of the Subdivided Shares, the Subdivided Shares shall not be entitled to the Declared Dividend. The Share Registrar of Pharmaniaga will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders of Pharmaniaga within four (4) market days after the date of quotation of and listing for the Subdivided Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
