The actual number of Rights Shares and Warrants to be issued will depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of BKG on 12 June 2013. The Abridged Prospectus together with the Rights Subscription Form and Notice of Provisional Allotment (collectively the “Documents”) in relation to the Rights Issue will only be despatched to the shareholders of BKG whose names appear on the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 June 2013 (“Entitled Shareholders”) at their address in Malaysia. The Entitled Shareholders who do not have an address for the service of documents in Malaysia and wish to receive a copy of the Documents should inform their respective stockbrokers and the Share Registrar of their address in Malaysia by 5.00 p.m. on 12 June 2013. The Documents are not intended to be issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue complies with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia.
