| Tan Sri Datuk Mohamed Khatib bin Abdul Hamid did not offer himself for re-appointment pursuant to Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965, at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 17th June 2010 ("the AGM"), as indicated in his letter to the Board of Directors of the Company dated 10th May 2010. Hence, Tan Sri Datuk Mohamed Khatib retired as Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM, in accordance with Section 129(2) of the Companies Act, 1965.
