Section, page C3 on Wednesday, 10 March 2004, a copy of which is enclosed for
your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined

Ranhill Berhad is interested to acquire a controlling stake in SBC Corporation
Berhad.
The interested buyer intends to acquire 30% to 32% shareholding in SBC
Corporation Berhad at RM2.00 per share.
