The Company wishes to announce the following changes in relation to its Share Registrar:

Change of Name
The Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd., has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026. The change of name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining initiatives following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns the Share Registrar's name with other Vistra offices.

The following contact details of the Share Registrar have been updated/discontinued:

(ii) Fax number: Discontinued

Save for the above changes, all other contact details of the Share Registrar i.e. address and telephone number remain valid and unchanged.
