The date for "Securities transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account before 4.30 pm in respect of transfers" is 19 August 2026. The actual number of Dividend Shares to be distributed will depend on the actual number of issued shares in ANB (excluding treasury shares) as at the Entitlement Date. Fractional entitlements to the Dividend Shares, if any, will be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of the Company in its absolute discretion deems fit and expedient, and in the best interest of the Company. Furthermore, in order to avoid the Entitled Shareholders holding less than 1 board lot (equivalent to 100 Dividend Shares), the Entitled Shareholders who hold below 20,000 ANB Shares will receive cash in lieu of the actual number of Dividend Shares that they would otherwise be entitled to receive. The cash in lieu will be computed based on the last transacted price of ANB Shares on the Entitlement Date, multiply by the number of Dividend Shares that would be entitled by these Entitled Shareholders. |
